This Privacy Policy explains how Party Goblin (the “App”), provided by Pixelshade (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App. Party Goblin is a party card game for adults. We designed it to keep your data on your device. We operate no user accounts and no game server, and we do not sell your personal data.

1. Summary

Adults only. The App is intended for people 18 or older and shows an age gate on first launch.
No account, no sign-in. You play anonymously.
Your game data stays on your device. Player names, settings, recent players and your purchase status are stored locally on your phone, not on a server we operate.
We use third-party SDKs for advertising, purchases, analytics and crash reporting, which process limited data as described below.

2. Information processed on your device

Player names & game settings — the names you enter and your play preferences.
Recent players — a local list to make setup faster.
Entitlement status — whether you have an active subscription or lifetime unlock.

You can remove all of this by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling.

3. Third-party services

The App includes the following third-party SDKs, which may collect or process data under their own privacy policies:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google)	App improvement	Pseudonymous app-usage events (e.g. screens viewed, paywall funnel) and crash diagnostics tied to an app-instance id.

4. Advertising ID & consent

The App uses the Android advertising ID to show ads. Where required, a consent form (GDPR/UMP) appears before ads load. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. Premium users see no ads.

5. Your choices

Turn off alcohol prompts and adjust play settings in-app at any time.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store.
Reset or delete local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling.

6. Children

The App is for adults only and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
