These terms govern your use of Party Goblin (the “App”), provided by Pixelshade (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to them.
Party Goblin is a party game intended for adults (18+). You confirm you are 18 or older when you use it.
Party Goblin is entertainment. Drinking is always optional — every prompt has a non-alcoholic alternative and every card can be skipped. Never pressure anyone to drink, know your limits, do not drink and drive, and follow all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for how you and your group choose to play. Do not attempt anything unsafe.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The App offers optional subscriptions (weekly, annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in the Google Play Store. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices are shown in-app before purchase. Refunds are handled per Google Play’s policies.
Don’t misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully. Any custom content you create stays on your device and is your responsibility.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the App or from activities undertaken during play. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the App or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
